I just joined this blog today. I had the Favorite Socks book out from the library and had to return it, very reluctantly. So I broke down and bought my own copy. There are lots of patterns I want to try, but this is the only pair I've completed so far. The diagonal rib socks, which were originally going to be for my husband, but I decided to make for me :) The yarn is from an ebay seller, Oldfield Creek Sock and Yarn, in the denim colorway.
I've been enjoying seeing all of your creations and look forward to knitting many more of my own from this book. You all are inspiring :)

So gorgeous!!! I, too, had the book out from the library, and I just don't think my photocopies are going to cut it. I'm heading to the store to purchase this week. After seeing your socks, they are on my list!
